This 90’s-inspired pied-à-terre underwent a stunning transformation, evolving from a dated, closed-off space into a bright, open, and modern retreat. The kitchen was reimagined with a central island that seamlessly connects the living and dining areas while offering extra seating for a more social flow. A bespoke bar was introduced as a striking centerpiece, featuring a custom tile backsplash that adds texture, character, and a touch of artistry to the space, making it perfect for entertaining. The two bathrooms were completely reimagined to create distinct his-and-hers designs, balancing luxurious finishes with thoughtful functionality. Artfully curated pieces throughout the home add personality and vibrancy, completing this sophisticated and inviting transformation.
